Honey Garlic Pork Chops on the Grill

MARINADE

Combine:

-           1/4       cup                  lemon juice

-           1/4       cup                  honey

2          -           tablespoon       Soy Sauce

1          -           tablespoon       dry sherry

2          -           cloves              garlic (crushed and minced)

 

MEAT

4          -           -                       butterfly pork chops (1.25 to 1.5” thick)

A) Place pork chops and marinade in a heavy plastic bag. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. 
B) Remove chops from marinade. Reserve marinade for basting.
C) Preheat grill. Grill pork chops 5” from heat for 12 to 15  minutes, turning once.
D) Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
